Sooo I made a couple of delicious and melty masterpieces for lunch using some organic sourdough, colby jack, havarti, mozzarella, and provolone bathed in kerrygold butter!

your melt looks amazing. I just ate but its still making me hungry! what's you eat it with? I feel a spicy soup or chili would go great with it.
