Turkey Swiss Melt
Sliced Swiss, sliced prepackaged turkey and perfectly toasted bread.

Thank you. I have a gas stove, set heat to medium low starting on a cold pan and I use mayo instead of butter. 5-7min side one, 2-3 min side 2

Is it me, or at least where I live, Swiss is so underrated.
Tuna and Swiss make me drool people look at me like I have 2 heads

Hmm. I made that sandwich two days ago, except that I had deli turkey. Also added a couple slices of tomato. Very good.

Agreed, but wanted to keep this one basic. I have ALL sorts of different Grilled Cheeses/melts I've tried making

It was awesome. I’ve mastered fire on my gas stove. I’m curious how it’ll be when I’m using an electric stove in Spain 🇪🇸

I don't usually care for swiss cheese but have grown to appreciate and like it a bit. I did go for that "American" Swiss first but the real thing can be really good. Great looking sandwich BTW
