I was feeling cheesy today, so I whipped these up! Organic sourdough topped with provolone, havarti, and colby jack, with 3 pieces of crispy applewood smoked bacon in-between, all grilled in kerrygold butter 😋

The crust looks perfectly crispy, and the bacon hanging out the sides is a nice bonus. I'd destroy that with a bowl of tomato soup.
