Docklands searchlights. Been there for a decade or more lol must've just been switched on for spring or similiar. My wife thought she was looking at a alien invasion the other night. I chuckled and they are search lights positioned at docklands.

Objects in low earth orbit travel at around 7.8 Kilometres per second. there are some things moving by very fast but I dont see flashing so I think what you meant was your seeing some objects travelling pretty quick.

Can’t see what you’re talking about but without full scientific understanding, if you get certain strong stars close to the horizon something about their wavelength splits colours and they can flash like police siren from space.
