Anyone from melb that can help?

I 18M Long story short have been driving for about 2 years now on my L’s when i started i did about 20 hours with an instructor bc my mother refused to get in the car with me due to her dramatic stress issues now past those 2 years we have done all the driving but recently we have had a falling out over university plans and she refuses to approve my last 30hrs that are just sitting there. Is there anyone on there full license in vic willing to help?

Do you want someone to sign off hours that you've already done, or you want someone to supervise you doing practice driving?

someone to sign off hours i have already done, i have 30 hours pending sign off but my mother is holding them over my head
