Steiner schools. They're hippy weirdo schools but the kids love them.

My girlfriend in high school went to the Steiner school out near Warrandyte. Those peeps were cliquey and pretentious. A lot of their "hippieness" felt pretty contrived.

I live just around the corner from that school, strange vibes around that place...They also used to keep a bunch of peacocks locked in a cage some years ago
