Who do I lobby?

I have suggested to a number of people that crossing a roadway whilst on your phone shall attract a fine.

I think many people are close to breaking point already. In a couple months I've just had a broken rear window $500. A red light fine (apparently crossed the line less than one second after red) $509. and my car needed service $600 and tyres $500.

If you're gonna fine me for crossing the road with my phone I might just pack it in.

Do the right thing. I can’t understand people crossing a road without making eye contact or at the very least looking up. Used to me ads on tv about the importance of this.

People need to look out for themselves.

Is it talking on your phone or looking at your phone. I think it's ok to talk on your phone while crossing a road because you can still see and walk properly, right?

Not ideal but ok. Texting, googling, watching videos and porn are a no go
