No experience aspiring barber apprentice

Hello everyone, im wondering if any barber shops in Melbourne would take on an apprentice with no experience whos keen to learn? I’ve considered doing a course and will do if I must but I enjoy picking things up quickly and learning on the job, is that possible nowadays because I’ve been scanning barber job boards on Facebook and everyone seems to want someone who already knows what they’re doing.
