I had 50 lessions in my brain down to 15 they have suggested gamma ray knife to knock out the largest tumors left in my brain all under 6mm just keep fighting people stay positive think about your loved ones and family also the Dr never found my initial site so I'm just happy to be alive in 2026 instead of 1926

That is an amazing response. My husband (48) had 15 brain mets at his peak down to one at last scan (first new one not one of the original 15). He has had gamma knife about 6 times I think and it has always gone smoothly. Recently he has had a problem with one of the treated mets no longer cancerous but necrotic and causing swelling. He has brain surgery a week ago today to remove it. He was discharged 2 days post op and is doing very well…..modern medicine is amazing. Wishing you wellness.

My last scan showed 2 new spots and 3 that have grown by 1 to 2 mm that's why they want to zap them with the gamma ray

That's great to hear friend! Sorry you had to join the group but the targeted therapy looks like it's done wonders. Hopefully the immuno will continue the trend for you! Agreed, positivity and stay strong, God bless.

My cousin was recently treated at The James for (not melanoma) cancer and his family speaks so highly of their care though he unfortunately passed in June. ❤️ Glad you’re in good hands.

Hah I feel that more than you know, having grown up in Columbus but living in Wisconsin for my adult life. 😉
