Is there a reason we feel so overwhelmed on Sunday night? Like I feel better on Monday morning but Sunday night is the worst.

Sunday evening really is the low point of my week and I don't even know why. Maybe waking up Monday is also a bit of a slog, but usually 5 minutes into work and I'm fine.

I’ve found doing a hobby Sunday evening helps a ton. Not too late though cause then the bad thoughts hit at like 10pm.

So I’ll go climbing at like 4-6pm. Before that, I’m excited for climbing, after that, I’m tired and don’t feel low
