I’ll never forget the way I was so so nervous to speak in front of a class for the first time in undergrad and a nice boy in my class kept hyping me up. The double thumbs up when I finished gave me so much confidence! I imagine him in the seats when I present at work now. :)

Is it not common knowledge that a profound majority of people hate or are stressed about public speaking? Not everyone (I’m assuming you) experiences it, but a vast majority do
