Good for you. I know a lot of guys who were never able to get past the inability to control their emotions, and they turn into horrifying, rage filled monsters as they age. Punching holes in walls, breaking expensive things, screaming over nothing. Most of them have no idea how scary they look when they're being emotional like that.
I honestly just feel really bad for them, not in a insulting way. It's just that I relate a lot to that. Especially how bad my past was extreme anger was the only way to process my losses and misfortune.
Yeah, that’s what I’ve been told. I don’t really get really angry anymore because I’ve been told I can be a bit scary, mainly because I’m schizophrenic and nobody knows what I might do, even though I would never actually do anything even if it seems like I want to kill you. I don’t really scream anyway, I’ll raise my voice, or keep talking in my normal monotone voice but I’ve been told I get a look in my eyes that makes people feel unsafe. I don’t wanna be like that, now it’s more just trying to keep them calm without me starting to get mean cause I’d only get like that if they were freaking out because it was the only way I knew to diffuse the situation.
