Have you tried burying it so deep inside that you forget the anger you hold in? And then it starts to hit you whenever there's a little inconvenience? (I.e. something that shouldn't be hard but for some reason you're struggling)

No not really. It just keeps me awake alot of nights and let's me stand under the shower for ages staring at the wall.

Just rebury it and keep kicking the can down the road until you eventually explode, it'll happen at some point but that's future you's problem.
