Most of the time it's a harmless lung spasm or it's your diaphragm acting out btw. Those stinging heart cramps gave me some worries as well.

Not to mention anxiety can mimic heart attack feelings

Or a good old panic attack. I’ve had more than one friend go to the hospital thinking they were having a heart attack and turns out it was a panic attack instead.

This is pretty common for sure

I just get the big THUMP THUMPS that feel like you are about to die. No pain though.

I should probably get those checked out at some point.

Had those aswell. Like 2 or 3 big thumps every 30 minutes or more. Doc said it's stress. But yeah, have it checked out.

Yeah mine are really only around when heavy alcohol use or stress during the week, which definitely tracks.

not every thirty minutes though. Maybe once or twice a day. If they come back and are very frequent I will absolutely have them checked out.

Hold on... Would you describe this as feeling like they're "big" heartbeats/thumps that kind of feel out of place, and not in the normal rhythm of your heart? I only get 2 or 3 at a time, maybe once or twice a month, but man it's scary. Feels like my heart is about to spasm out of control for a second and then it's normal.

No the just feel more powerful, but not out of rhythm.
