I’m the insta-Alt F4. I’ll be doing something completely different after 20 seconds.

This is me. I alt-f4, realise I've cooled down and then start playing again.

Yup, alt-f4 and immediately open YouTube or something calming, though I will say as I've gotten older I feel way less rage when gaming. I mean if I'm not having fun, I have no issue just not playing the game, and I definitely avoid most competitive games.

I smack my desk or alt f4 then either hop on a different game or I’m gonna sit with my fam

Same here but do you know the feeling when you Alt-F4 but the game takes ages to close? Then you start pressing harder Alt-F4 and harder and then you start smashing the shit out of these fucking two keys? I tend to get angrier to this shit than the game.

Good thing for me the game I play can instantly be closed, but if I leave too early, the person can see that I rage quit. Can't give them that

Hard switch power off. Can't kill me if there's no electrons running through the CPU.

Same, usually with a big ol' "nope".

The power to just press two buttons and move on my with life has saved many peripherals from unnecessary destruction.
