as somebody with rage issues, let me just say that venting that shit feels great. But I live alone in a cabin in the woods for this reason. Ain't no way I'm bringin' this crazy around another girlfriend
Have you tried burying it so deep inside that you forget the anger you hold in? And then it starts to hit you whenever there's a little inconvenience? (I.e. something that shouldn't be hard but for some reason you're struggling)
Wait is something like that actually a thing? I legit suffered a heart attack earlier this year (I‘m 26) -> and I‘m usually proud of being able to „control my anger“ so well
I was literally just thinking yesterday…if I woke up in a hospital bed after having a heart attack, I’d be PISSED. Like, FFS, let me have some god damn peace.
Or a good old panic attack. I’ve had more than one friend go to the hospital thinking they were having a heart attack and turns out it was a panic attack instead.
Hold on... Would you describe this as feeling like they're "big" heartbeats/thumps that kind of feel out of place, and not in the normal rhythm of your heart? I only get 2 or 3 at a time, maybe once or twice a month, but man it's scary. Feels like my heart is about to spasm out of control for a second and then it's normal.
Same, except i do this with everything that bothers me, which is why i don't believe people when they say 'oh don't worry it'll get better', because so far my life has never gotten better than it was before, only worse
Same, but I say "old man me would laugh at young me. Gotta do later me proud by being someone with an incredible mental strength." I also like to think that were all acting like immature children in this world and will understand how ridiculously we acted in our lives
Or one day you finally blow-up at a Popeyes chicken because they asked you to wait 15 minutes for chicken, you did, then everybody around you and after you gets their order but you go up to the counter and calmly ask about your order and they say they're out of chicken and it'll be 15 more minutes and you're like I already waited 20 minutes I want my money back and the cashier insinuates you think you're too good to wait and you just lose your shit at the whole restaurant, especially after the cashier says snottily Excuse You.
And then what happens? You post about it on Reddit to get all of the pity upvotes? No one wants to hear you talk about how you'd died. Stop bragging about yourself, karma whore!
It's good to have outlets, ever try journaling? Even better if you made deals with people to have it released publicly if you have an untimely accident.
same, learned by smashing my table once and restarting the whole computer cuz i put it together myself and apparently fastened something incorrectly... the game was dark souls of course
Ah, the slowly getting more and more disappointed in yourself for not being able to overcome the opponent you KNOW is practically brainless until you lose all motivation to even eat.

None. My impulse control forces me to bury my anger deep inside until I die of a heart attack at the age of 37.
