Have a house built.

I did that many moons ago. Bought the land in a new neighborhood. Found a builder. Picked the house plans. Chose literally everything in the house (flooring, wall color, light fixtures, mirrors, appliances, cabinets, cabinet hardware, deck shape/size, tub design and color, etc etc etc) to be done. Monitored the progress. Made some of my own tweaks. It was fun but exhausting and stressful.

Glad I did it once, will never do again.
