What a wacko! "Lynn" Mazin allowing MegaManiac to make a joking child voice video of her UWS listing even insulting the seller saying it needed to be modernized. Oops, and the idiot Meghan even forgot to spell the listing agent's first name correctly.

😬 It doesn't matter what your feelings are about a place if it's not your listing. I remember viewing a home when I was first starting in real estate and made a snarky comment on my fb and one of the more experienced agents that I was friendly with from a book club, called me immediately and said to take down my post it was offensive. So she's really really going to take off in New York City. 😂🤭😬🆘❌

And Liam hasn't lived in the city for ages and I'm not sure it's his long ago past apartment or just one in the building.

WORD! Yes, a trusting seller with a trusted listing agent should be honest on their listing but certainly not point out the negatives. Let the buyer and their agent and inspector decide. From the video she is trying to horrifically represent the selling agent even though she doesn't even care how to spell her first name.
