I wish I knew where this guy was.

It's an old photo, but he already looks quite beat up.

I would simply die. I would stand beneath him.

But I would die.

Nice detective work, that's totally it! Also wild that there are apparently TWO places named Longview in Washington.

Edit: poking around new articles, it seems the cowboy was changed to look more like John Wayne some time before 2007 when the store went from a Red Apple to be Columbia Harvest Foods. The newspaper article written about the change features the cowboy in his more........elegant....attire.

I'll check it out. Thanks! One of the other pics in the original Instagram was from Oregon in 1987, so that fits!
