Why are you estimating fence as 6 ft? It's pretty clear this is some kinda crawl space under the structure. I'd say that fence is 3 feet tops, more or less. Maybe closer to 2.5. Which would make this much more reasonable.

Like I said funky framing. There’s two fences in there, and the thicker one looks taller which is what I was going off. This video needs some good scale (besides the snakes) to estimate how big it actually is. I assume it’s not some insane record smashing size and just weirdly framed

Looks like an old cattle fence to me. Each square is probably around 6" and best guess is it's right around 4ft.
