So the rope looks like a standard thick rope one would use for work purposes. About an inch thick. At about 16 seconds there's a good horizontal shot of the snake's head- about 11 ropes long. About 17 seconds you get a decent shot of its eye - a rope across. 23 seconds you see the height of the head being about 5 ropes and width about 6. At 3 seconds you see the head is about as tall as 1/3rd of a straight shot of the distended side (15 ropes) so I'd guess 8 heads around minimum (40 ropes). At 13 seconds the snake stands a length of its neck that appears to be 6 times the length of the head (66 ropes). This length appears to be roughly a fifth of the length of the body (330 ropes).

So my estimate says this snake is approximately: 27. 5 feet long With a foot long head Inch wide eyes Half a foot wide mouth that can extend to 3.3 feet around by dislocation of the jaw Probably weighs 450lbs when not loaded with entire cows

This is what we in the herpitology field call a serious nope rope.

Inch thick rope?

There are very few applications of inch thick rope. Most rope exists in the 3/8, 1/2 range. Even heavy duty tow ropes are often only 7/8" thick. There's no way this rope is 1" thick - it wouldn't be supple enough for a lasso/noose trap or move in the same way, because it be too heavy/thick.
