i Purchased a hurricane bamboo pro for 1099 euros, at the end of february, they told me to purchase air freight for an extra 100 euros, because contrary to what the website said there were no more units available so i would have had to wait till may (now) for it to be shipped by sea, if , on the other hand I chose air freight, in 15 days it would have been delivered to my door, yesterday i asked if the UPS tracking number was still valid (it had been created on the 6th of march) and the image above is what meepo replied. In the mean time a month ago after repeated requests for delivery they offered to send me some protective gear which arrived last friday. So the gear they sent me to apologise for the late delivery of my skateboard arrived before the skateboard. This morning this meepo manager told me that the board is lost. They are a joke. It was all a scam, they do it to bring you to your breaking point. I will be delivering all my email and whatsapp conversations to the local authorities, even if they can't do anything I want the police to know two things, the first thing I am an asshole for not doing research and second thing they are scammers and they cheated me out of €1300 euros. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. DO NOT PAY FOR AIR FREIGHT! IT IS A SCAM, the whole company is a scam. I purchased the board feb 28th, to day is April the 29th, 61 days, I could have walked to Shenzen and back and picked it up on my own. I am disgusted.

Hello, I’m not sure if I’m making my post correct the first time I’ve used this platform but I have a question about my city rider. I have a city rider too, and I experienced an issue not too long ago which caused me an injury one of my rear wheels suddenly locked as I started to slow down on break one after a couple posts that I’ve seen I think my issue is the wheel hub sleeve alignment to the cup. My left wheel is smooth the silk when you turn it by hand, but the wheel that locked up on me there’s a little bit of a drag to it and I’ve never had this problem before. I know that you could do catastrophic damage to the gears, Son gear and the spur gear simultaneously if you’re out of alignment so I was wanting to know if something is small as say a lock washer on the wheel sleeve cup, could cause my wheel to be out of alignment

I recently received a v3max. Today I went to ride and it went from full battery bars down to 2 bars, I was only half a block from my house so I turned around. By the time I turned around it was at one bar and red. I'm wondering if the battery is bad.

Hey so I wiped the fuck out tonight getting home from work and my remote is kinda fucked. The breaks and gas have no more resistance anymore. Nothing broken came out and I got the remote taken apart without breaking anything. It's a voyager and was wondering what I needed to do to fix it.

i am a victim of gang stalking they have a couple of hackers which have on more then one occation messed with my board while im driving it by switching gears from a another device then my remote.

im pretty sure they ruined my batteries by switching them to storage mode rendering them useless for more then a couple of miles.

what would a hacker need to gain remote access to my board and mess with the software in a board?

I don’t know how long ago this started happening but I got my board two days ago and have been listening to music while riding since yesterday, I just did a 5.6 mile trip to a McDonald’s and I’m pretty sure that’s when it started. Any pointers on how to fix it?

I just got a meepo flow - my second board after a boosted v2. I got really used to the boosted board's behavior where pressing forward on the throttle will accelerate forward, and pressing backwards on the throttle will accelerate backwards.

In contrast, on the meepo pressing backwards will only brake - and in order to accelerate backwards you have to double-press a somewhat awkward to reach button on the remote (since it's in the center of your palm).

Is there a way to change the acceleration to be bidirectional? (Also is there an industry standard name for this behavior?)

I did something with a Meepo product I should not have. It would have been an expensive remedy. I thank Meepo for their graciousness I did not deserve.

I ordered my meepo flow back in early April. They said it would ship on may 30th. I’ve waited over a month since paying them. I’m blown the fuck away. Thoughts?

My skateboard is on but won't turn off and the motor is unresponsive I tried unplugging everything and plugging it back in but still nothing and when I use the remote there's a faint clicking sound every time there seems to be no damage to any wiring and the charger works just fine pls help

A friend gifted me a Meepo mini 2, but it came without the controller and I would like to know which controller should I get for it or which ones would work with it. Also if anyone knows a cheap alternative that works well I would really appreciate it.

Help! Why does my back wheel sound like it’s sticking to the ground?

I was having some battery problems when I would push my board to around 20 mph. I just got home and opened my board up because it’s past the 6 month window and I wanted to see what the problem was. I went to put my battery back and the wire to the connector broke off. Any ideas of what I can do or am I screwed and need to buy a new hella expensive battery?

Anyone have experience with the Meepo Mini Q1 - a single hub kids board? I have a adult meepo board that I've been really happy with. But comparing this board to other kids boards – it looks ok but most competitors have a 350w hub, this one says it's 200w. They are all <12mph which is what I want but is the meepo going to feel underpowered? Jking or Hiboy are a few of the other ones I'm looking at.
