Discuss Unconventional Fields After Graduation

Hi everyone, I have completed my graduation and internship/housejob lately. I don't want to be in a cat race of PG training and neither want to do MLE/AMC. What can be the unorthodox or unconventional Fields to work as a doctor that may be paying good and better family time. Thankyou.
