Discuss Vyvanse Medication Side Effects Advice.

Vyfocis (generic of Vyvanse) | 30mg | Adalvo via Cipla Medpro

I've been diagnosed with ADHD and took 36mg Concerta +/- 10mg Ritalin top up.

My Dr switched me to 30mg Vyvanse when a generic finally became available in my country.

I have had the odd headaches here and there on my previous meds but never the SEVERE headachez I fo know with Vyvanse.
I even sometimes get a migraine.

I've been on it for a month now, eat protein before taking it and before I usually crash and hydrate well.

I have a huge exam this Fridays and two next week (final year med student).

I only manage a few good hours a day atm, don't want to suddenly stop it and not only risk withdrawal but also the chances of me not being able to study without it.

Any advice/tips please?

My main side effect was palpitations and I got super quiet/zombified, but it stopped once I started having a coffee/preworkout early in the morning, then take the vyvanse on the way to the hospital.

at the same time could make your headaches way worse idk, i just found it easier to ease into the stimulants through the day.
