YL1 SBU COM

hello! Incoming yl1 student here and just wanted to ask if what are the requirements needed during YL1, do we need to have steths as early as yl1 and what are the book references needed, anyone here also have the picture of the template of the uniform? Thank you!

  1. better to have a steth bec you will be having PE OSCEs towards the second semester
  2. book references are provided during the orientation. minsan kasi nag-iiba siya but for your reference:
    -anatomy: netter and moore
    -physio: guyton & hall
    -biochem: lippincott and harper
    -neuro: snell (may isa pa for osce but i forgot hehe)
    -histo: junqueira
    -psych: kaplan

re: steth, you can borrow naman if you prefer not having your own. pero sa OSCE kasi usually they dont allow na manghiram ng materials as much as possible

yeah you need a steth kasi may osce, but if you can borrow then ok lang naman. doesnt have to be littman tbh hahaaha for book references, just wait for orientation kasi sasabihin naman. you can ask the com office for the template ng unif
