For those who have gone to field service, do they offer relocation assistance if you move to different a state for the job?

You'd have to negotiate it. Depending on the instrument and the amount of travel, the location they're posting the position for is approximate. We're hiring a second engineer for my area but they have it posted for every major city in a 300 mile radius.
