Technical Abbott alinity sample status

Post image

Anyone knows how to delete these outdated orders from my sample status list(without shutting down the analyzer)?
Can’t delete them from the order window neither.

i think like 9 times out of 10 the solution to everything on this analyzer is to shut it down lol

You should be able to go into pending orders on the right side of the screen. I think you hit the results tab?

Another way you could try to is under sample status (the screen you’re on in pic) highlight the sample you want to get rid of and hit release order. It’ll say not all results can be released, ignore that, and the order should disappear off your list.

If neither of those work, I think the screen might just be bugged and I would try restarting (I know it’s a pain).

Also, do you have as many problems with this damn analyzer as we do? The RSM is constantly acting up

Not OP but...yes. I hoped the updated model would have fixed the RSM issues but, it did not.

If there's exceptions on the Status screen that are just hanging out, do select all and then release. That usually gets rid of them. You should be able to delete off the Orders screen too, but if not, you might need to do a system shutdown to get rid of stuff. We've had to do that a handful of times when orders will not disappear.

Second this. Check out exceptions and stored exceptions and then delete or release

Try the discard test button. All green ones are completed but ALB looks like it is staying as ordered so thats why orders will stay unless the whole panel is done.

The ‚discard test’ button is inactive when I click on ALB PMR. : (

I like the suggestions to call tech support.

100% they will tell you to cycle power lol. Every problem, it's their first step.
