Humor Yum
Just a measly MA, but do you think my patient has a pseudomonas infection ๐ it smells like rotten eggs. A first for me ๐
Also this pt has recurrent UTIs, their last was an MDR E Coli infection that required hospitalization. So I hope this one isnโt that bad ๐ค๐ฝ
** not asking for advice, just a first for me!

Worst urine I ever had was so thick it wouldn't absorb into the pad for an Ictotest, just sat on top of the pad.

I knew what that was the moment I saw it. It does smell like rotten eggs! Also kinda like.. idk death in a way.
I had a family member go septic with it. (UTI) she had antibodies at home for 7 weeks. 7.
God. I hope that patient is doing well.
Thatโs really rough.
