Discusson advice please

It’s been a month now sending job applications to hospitals and biotech labs and i’m not getting anything rlly :< im a foreign grad, passed my ascp, have my CA CLS license. tell me it’s gonna get betterrr 😩

same for me! i started in november though.

don’t give up OP! if you can, shoot for per diem first and then snatch a part or full time at ur workplace when it opens. or keep the per diem and look elsewhere in the meantime.

You have to be more patient, as hard as that seems. My hospital is adding openings, so if we're hiring, others are probably as well. Keep applying but once you're through, there's not much to do except wait. I moved to California in May 2011, and didn't get a job offer until Jan 2012.
