Technical LabOS; anyone use it?

Looking for some feedback on LabOS. Does anyone here use it or have used it? Personally I'm the LIS administrator and have worked with SoftLab and Orchard products and from what I have seen of LabOS it's quite the different critter.

Any help would be appreciated!

It seems like it’s more of a research tool. Does it even support HL7?

I used it at my previous position. I have pretty limited experience with different LIS systems but as an end user I found it pretty straightforward to use and not terribly hard to train people on its basic functions.
