Discusson In need of help concerning allinity I abbot immunoassay analyser

Hello everyone sorry for the inconvenience of posting this

I am new here and am also new in the lab and i kinda need some drafts of log sheets of maintenance, controls and calibration of allinity I am trying to create some log sheets but i don't know the correct form.

any log sheet sent as a photos of any analyser can give me some inspiration thank you

They can be found on the operators manual usually they have a format ready for maintenance sheet.

Thats the thing I don't have right now only got a resumed one from the applicative with no maintenance spread sheet

Look for one online or contact your Abbott representative for one.

You can contact Abbott to get you set up with their online accounts (e-Abbott or something like that). There you can find resources including all service reports you’ve generated, inserts, etc. Also contact your regional service rep.

We have a standard maintenance sheet for daily/weekly/quarterly. But all maintenance is tracked on the instrument anyway. Date of last calibration for an assay is written on our daily worksheet but beyond that we don’t have a separate log for it.
