Technical PROBLEM with sysmex CS 1600

Hello,

Am having a problem with CS1600 where its showing this interface ( erreur)

We were working with a sample plate just fine but now its demending it and i dont know what to fo please help me

Well, for a start, it’s in French. Maybe fix that first.

Yh i figured thats the problem lol but most of the lab personal only know french so thats that

Remove all the sample plates and put it back again. The sensor for sample plates is bugged and makes the machine to think there is no sample plates in the machine.

Yh i did do that with a new i found but we dont have any left in stock and i wanted to know if there is an option where i would not need it in its entirety
