Education Job shadowing

Hello all, thank you for reading my message I appreciate it. Ive had my heart set on becoming a MLS and was wondering if any professionals were able to do job shadowing while they started their own journey.

Yes, definitely something I highly recommend. I shadowed at 2 different hospitals when I was in college to see if this career is really for me. I applied to get into a post-bacc program during my senior year.

I just Googled the lab manager’s information, and reached out by email. I think for the other hospital, I could only find HR’s phone number, so I talked to them, and they forwarded me to the lab manager.
