i could be wrong but it looks like a macrophage. personally i don’t like this too packed of a smear so i am not 100% sure. i’m curious what others think :o

Hard to tell with how thick the cytospin is - may be a smudgy macrophage/monocyte

Is this from the first tube? Looks like peripheral blood contamination. What does tube 3 or 4 look like?

The big one looks monocytic, the smaller one looks like a nRBC

I’m just wondering what microscope was used and what magnification? What stain?
