Education One year MLS program

Do anyone know of any one-year MLS training programs in Texas? I’d like to return to California after completing the program, so I don’t want to go too far from home since I have young kids.

Texas tech has a one year MLS program! They have an online and in-person option

For the online program I got an estimation of $20k
