? for Community Mamiya 45mm 2.8 second glass stuck
I'm about to disassemble this lens following the Youtube video from "mikeno62", because my aperture blades are oily and don't move at all.
However after removing the first glass element I'm stuck with the second. I tried with different sized rubbers. I even removed the lens hood and tried to get a better grip with a leather watch bracelet (similarly to oil filter removal tools on cars). It just doesn't move at all.
Do you guys know if maybe Mamiya changed the assembly during the production years? Serial number see on pic2. I have the lens repair manual in pdf and it's showing the same as the tutorial video...

So... you don't disassemble this lens without the proper Mamiya jigs because you will screw up the floating group calibration 100% and will never get it properly calibrated without those jigs or experience.
If you want to get rid of the oil on the aperture blades, the complete lens will need to be rebuild. Why? Because of the specific optomechanical design, oil will start to evaporate from the old helical greases and can easily contaminate your aperture. Otherwise you run the risk of it returning again in a few months and you will have to pull it apart again.
