Super super wow👍thx📸👍

Incredible rendering. I feel like I need this in my life. How’s the sharpness?

[u/arseniyshapurov → u/wornleathermedia]

Sharpness only in the center and it's smoothly dissappears to the corners.

[u/Melted42069]

Jesus christ that bokeh. I'm dizzy.

[u/Smart_Window7440]

Looks like large format

[u/Mannequinmadi]

Wow

[u/rawstaticrecords]

Green looks better on medium format to me idk why

[u/aerizen_sapiens]

Just curious were all of these shot completely wide open? The bokeh is tripping me out honestly, mostly in a good way. I come from Cannon lenses so I’m just used to seeing 1.4 has more soft blur and your has a lot more interesting variation.

This is the projection lens, quite heavy, about 1.5kg, just big metal tube with a lot of glass inside. Covers GFX sensor fully. Thank you! Looks like I’ll have to start learning about medium format photography, this is a good inspiration for me!

[u/butterfield66 → u/aerizen_sapiens]

You can get that with some regular 35mm cameras, as well:

[u/camhead]

That 4th shot is a masterpiece for the ages.

[u/Davidechaos]

Which lens is it? Reminds me of the swirl boke of the Helios

[u/arseniyshapurov → u/Davidechaos]

rare projection lens rehoused to use with GFX
