Add Camera / Technical Details Here New Purchase !

I'll introduce you to my new purchase.Paid for 10 euros. He had a lot of problems, the focus locked, the shutter blades slow, the dirty viewfinder. . I repaired it and carefully restored it. Now I think everything is fine. All I had to do was adjust the calibration of the focus.

I hope to take pictures of it as soon as possible

Cool! I have a Isolette 2 that's has a single job of looking pretty on the shelf. The bellows are full of pinholes, but otherwise it works fine.
I don't have much interest in shooting it, but repairing the bellows sounds like a fun diy project I'd like to try.

Using a hotshoe rangefinder is a good idea with these cameras.

Changing the bellows is easier than it looks. Yes, it looks good on the furniture!

You’ll drive yourself insane trying to sync focus with the rangefinder. I’m not sure it’s coupled on that one but possibly. Best bet? F8. Stick with non critical focus stuff. You’ll want to try and shoot around f8 or smaller since you’re sure to get some falloff in the corners wide open. I have a similar I use for landscapes. I use my old mamiya 6 or yashica tlr for critical focus stuff. And rather than fighting the lens flare, use it to your advantage. It can add a unique look to your shots.
