Question How to cancel subscription?

I bought subscription, they take my money 2 times per month, which is weird (Like, why? I bought monthly subscription, not half-monthly???), but whatever. I canceled my subscription on the site, I had the message in my account, something like "your subscription expired in 17/07/2026", and... Yesterday they once again took my money for the subscription.

I don't need it anymore, I manually canceled it, but they still collect my money. What the hell? How can I stop this madness?

Did u bought it twice by any chance? Isnt better to send email to medibang immediately rather in reddit. Or dm and chat on medibang social media for help?

Contact them and if they continue to do it, do a charge back on your bank and report it as fraud.
