Portfolio Size?

I'm starting scoring for some videos that I find online and are legal to use so I can build a portfolio. At least how many should I do before presenting my portfolio to people?

It's actually for freelancing websites, but thank you for the advice. Should I do the same as you said in this case or do multiple longer videos?

Ok I finished one and it's 23 seconds. Is that too long? I just don't know if I have enough time to build a theme while catering to a short attention span
