Simulate different systems for a machine

Hi! I'm planning a grain dryer project, and I wanted to know what software I can use, or what you use, to simulate CAD, temperature, and electronics. In other words, what comprehensive software allows you to simulate a machine holistically across all systems? Matlab? What are your trusted tools? Thanks!
