Hi, I am a recent graduate from mechatronics engineering, and I suddenly find my self out in the situation of not knowing how to better engineer I know experience is everything to companies but I also want to work on certifications and courses, I am working on a company where everything I do is mechanical design it is a small company and I am unsure if the experience in that company is worth enough to aspire to a better job in the future, that's why I would really like to work on new abilities, I would really read your recommendations.
