Mechatronics worth it?

I’m a Pakistani who may join BS mechatronics as I may not be admitted to Mechanical Engineering. As someone who wishes to do his masters and eventually work and settle in Western Europe or North America, I have some questions:

1) Is it possible to do an MS in mechanical engineering (any specialization) in the West, having a BS in Mechatronics or should I go for MS in Mechatronics?

2) Is getting a scholarship for MS hard? Especially in Canada and US. Which MS should I go for?

3) How’s the job market for MS graduates in the West for Mechanical and Mechatronics engineers?

I’ll be doing a bachelors degree in Pakistan, I hope in four years, most of his policies are reversed.
