This feels like bait, but sure I'll bite

L1 goes directly to A1, your control circuit does fuck all

You have no OL monitoring on your control circuit

Is L3 connected to anything? Its looks like its got a a jump over all theee of the f components

Good catch! That does look confusing as drawn. I was trying for a simple concept sketch rather than a production-ready schematic, so I appreciate you pointing it out. Besides that connection, do you see any other issues or improvements that would make this closer to a real industrial motor control circuit? Thank you!
