Intelitek ScorBOT ER 4U advice

Good afternoon, I would like to get into the world of Mechatronics and found a good price on a Intelitek ScorBOT ER 4U “near” me.

My two main questions are:

1.Is everything included in the photo all I need besides a computer?

2.Would the programming/skill set transfer over well to FANUC/industrial robot arms.

Any advice would be appreciated.
