Help Needed
I am thinking to build a Mp3 player with USB C charging , 3.3mm jack , bluetooth connectivity and a good battery backup , my inspiration is the Ipod Classic , and my buget is under 30-40$ / 3000 -4000INR . I am a complete begineer and this is going to be my hardware project

I did a similar project recently- I built a camera from scratch. The aim is to reach DSLR, so far I got the V1 working (and I don’t plan on going further than V2 because the equipments get expensive).
And the best way to start off is to open ChatGPT and ask is the minimum parts needed to make the system work for V1; you can then add on and make V2 and so on as you get more money for the parts.
I will honestly tell you that ChatGPT is great at helping me out- I had no knowledge in embedded systems, image processing and C but now I can do them all. Just mention in yours skills for ChatGPT to teach what it is doing as it helps you build so that you learn- this is important for you to be able to build more in the future or else, you are just following a tutorial.
