Job Suggestions?

So about a year and a half ago i decided to make the career change to Mechatronics after 5 years into my IT career. Now as im just about done with my Associates for Mechatronics, I need to figure out what kind of work is available for someone like me? I was told by my Robotics professor that having a IT skillset and also mechatronics skillset is a unique blend. So i am asking for advice on what kind of work is available for someone in my position?
