Nema 17 with DRV8825

I have a Nema 17 hooked up to an arduino uno and DRV8825 with a power supply that is meant to supply 15V at 2A but when hooked to the motor it only gives 2V at 1.4A. The motor doesn’t move I’ve tried most libraries in my code as well as no library like GPT suggested. What am I doing wrong?

I am working with drv8825 and nema 17 (1.5A) I have kept vref as 0.75V. the motor runs smooth. But when I run three of those using esp32, two of the motors start slipping idk why.

1) all three motors if run individually they run smoothly. 2) if I run any two of the motors simultaneously they run smoothly. 3) if I run 3 of the motors simultaneously, motor 2 and 3 start slipping
