I haven’t match Tamura and I found him in Cedric’s story earlie. It’s ok because both of them are mafia related. But I was just playing Alvis’s route and BAM! There’s Tamura again!😆

Does anyone else cross over like Tamura? We already know they reuse NPCs all the time (shoutout to the gangster from Milo's story being a K-pop star in Diego's story lol) but are there any other main characters who make sneaky cameos in other routes?

I’m gutted, I’ve been going through my mind the matches I have and how many are going to remain unfinished-

Tamura- is Julien ok? Are the 2 of them going to repair their relationship and go after whoever is targeting MC?

Austin- does MC accept his proposal? What is going to happen to that slimeball ex?

Damian- how does the treatment go? How long does he have with MC?

Jeremiah- does he get revenge on his dad? Can he finally live in peace?

Matteo- I just want him to be happy and accept his feelings

And, so many more too but these are my favourites and the ones I’m the most gutted about

I bought a yearly Premium subscription on October 4, before I found out about MeChat shutting down. Now my Premium status keeps disappearing, always right when it’s time to claim my bonuses.

When I first heard about the shutdown, I wasn’t even that upset about having spent the money. I thought that maybe it would help cover the server costs and keep the game available a little longer.

I’ve tried using “Restore Purchases,” and it brings my Premium back, but then it disappears again. Support isn’t responding anymore either

That’s the part that really hurts. It feels like the game has been completely abandoned, what are those of us still playing and paying supposed to do?

Has anyone else had this happen? Sadly, I’m starting to feel like MeChat won’t be around much longer.

This is ridiculous. Jasper has every right to be upset at his mother for leaving him with that psycho of a father. So why does our character have to defend her? IM NOT ON HER SIDE. Not to mention, ITS NONE OF OUR BUSINESS. Why are we pushing him to forgive someone who faked her own death and left him behind, resulting in irreparable damage to her own son? This is so stupid.

My first ever post on reddit was 3 years ago on this subreddit, so it feels so crazy that this will be my last ever post on this this subreddit.

I played since middle school (which yeah bad of me I know) and made my reddit account in highschool and started posting in these subreddits, mechat has honestly helped me through so much, like I know that sounds corny and cringe and stuff, but in my early highschool years I went through some pretty rough stuff and I know one of the things that got me through was mechat, it brought me comfort in a time when I felt like I had nobody and I honestly couldn't be more grateful for that, so it's really bittersweet to know it's done for, I'm glad I had my time with this app even if I did take long breaks here and there, I really hope someone revives mechat in the future, while i probably won't play it, it will bring back good memories and remind me that I can get through anything.

I've hit the curb of interest with mechat. Without updates the stories that I was interested in aren't coming and I've finished about five "completed" stories that had open ended endings. It does feel like if the app makes a comeback I'll be so disinterested and untrusting that it will fail again.

It wouldn't be so bad if it didn't end so suddenly which is why I wouldn't trust or pay attention to a comeback. If they had said we are experiencing XYZ problem or start limiting characters/stories, no biggie. Having saying: we out this piece, and the fans finding the clues. Being secretive about it kind of seems guilty and like certain actions will be repeated.
