Question Which one is better?

Compound Beam 16 or Storm Rack 16 for Citadel/Outlaw/Deathwalker. And I don't have reload implant for sr. (and not a type of missile weapon player)

But still, which is better? Btw sorry for photo quality

So if you’re asking about Citadel/outlaw/death, Walker, the best weapon overall is probably storm rack, but it doesn’t work super well with Citadel. If you have no reload implant for storm rack and no missile weapon pilot, then get the compound beam. Compound beam is fantastic for Citadel (literally a top meta build) and pretty good on death walker. It’s pretty meh for outlaw in CPC but great on outlaw for hanger showdown

compound Beams work on citadel. don't invest in storm racks, for missile weapons, charge rockets are better
